Westcap Incorporated is an integrated business support service catering to the needs of small to medium sized companies. This includes financing in the form of cash flow and equity financing, management support and strategic planning and guidance.

Today, businesses are evolving more quickly than ever before. The electronic era has spawned businesses that do not consist of bricks and mortar, but are organizations that merely identify opportunities and co-ordinate resources to get results. Many entrepreneurs have not received the requisite training needed to deal with today's business climate.  Managers that are capable of dealing with this fast paced and changing business climate are few and far between, and banks are not able to meet the funding needs of today’s small business.

Accounting, financial consulting, and legal services can be found anywhere.  Presently, a company that wishes to raise money will work with their existing lawyer or accountant who may know very little or have limited experience in raising capital. In such a  case, the company’s only option is to seek outside help from a professional who has little or no knowledge of the operation as a whole. Until the inception of Westcap, there was no organization that integrated all of these disciplines into one seamless operation.
